Hello and thank you for visiting my site. My name is Ning-Qi Ann Yu Natterer and I am a Mental Health Counselor based in Maryland and Switzerland. I specialize in working with couples and individuals and addressing multi-cultural concerns, and coping with grief, loss, and change.

Areas of specialization include: ADHD, adjustment and transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity, interpersonal/relationships, LGBTQI+, multicultural, and spirituality. Insurance accepted: Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, out of network
Couples Counseling- virtual only
I am a trained Gottman couples therapist and utilize a multi-facetd approach to help facilitate meaningful discussions in relationships. Insurance is accepted.

I am originally from the DC suburbs of Maryland and have lived all over the country on both coasts and some space in between. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and utilize an integrative and multiculturally sensitive approach to work with individuals and clients from a multitude of backgrounds and identities.
